Place Menu: Vertex

The Place Vertex function is used to add a vertex to the interior of an existing line segment.

This function is useful as an alternative to deleting an existing line segment and placing new ones when routing around an obstacle.

To use this function, the cursor must be located within the body of the desired source line segment.

No dialog boxes are used by this function.
