The Place Arc/circle function is used to create a partial or complete circle or ellipse.
When you select this function, a dialog box will appear which will prompt you to enter the several parameters needed for the construction of the desired arc.
The default arc placement parameters are re-loaded each time you edit an existing arc. This feature aids in replication of existing data structures.
