Delete Menu: Vertex

The Delete Vertex function is used to remove a vertex from the interior of an existing multi-line track.

To delete a vertex, you must first position the cursor on or very near the desired vertex and then press <left mouse> or <Enter>.

When working in a densely populated area, it is useful to pre-select the desired target layer.

The affected vertex can be "undeleted" immediately simply by pressing <right mouse> or <Escape>.

Vertices of lines contained within components are accessible only from the proper layer.
