The Grab Arc edge function is used to pick up and move a single arc, circle, or ellipse.
To grab an arc or a circle, you must first position the cursor somewhere along the edge (circumference) of the desired arc/circle and then press <left mouse> or <Enter>. To grab an ellipse, you may have the cursor anywhere within its interior.
In the event of overlapping targets, arcs on the current layer are given preference over those on other layers, and non-elliptical arcs are given preference over elliptical ones.
Arcs contained within components are accessible only from the proper layer.
