Dialog:
The Setup Screen Parameters function now has an option to customize the Re-Draw Timing. This will provide greater flexibility with more advanced display adapters.

The Block Copy function will now prompt to "resequence" components contained within the block during the copy operation.
The file input and output functions have been enhanced to accept path names up 256 characters long.
Dialog:
The Setup Options dialog box now has a check box for "Accept files from explorer". This will send any files double clicked on in Windows Explorer to the currently running copy of CIRCAD'98.

Component extents will now be updated at the time of "File Open". This will correct many anomalous conditions.
Signal names can no longer be applied to pads that are not on copper layers.
