Dialogs:
A bug in the Setup Grid Snap Table introduced with context sensitive help that would prevent the user from entering a new
grid snap has been corrected.

An enhancement has been made to the DXF import filter to support files that don't have a layer table. An example would be a file created with Pro Engineer.
The DXF output filter will now process text anchor points on rotated text.
The Net Scan algorithm has been improved resulting in an approximate 4x increase in speed.

The OrCAD V2 PCB import filter has been implemented.
Some minor bugs in the Absolute Cursor Positioning function have been fixed.
Dialogs:
The Place Component dialog box will now give an error if a library is selected that can not be located.
The Setup Layers dialog box will now allow the re-ordering of layers.
The Plotter Output Setup dialog box now has the ability to control the order in which layers are printed in.

The DXF out function will now work properly with 3 point Filled Solids.
The Place Component dialog box now has a "Modify Library File List" button. This will invoke the Setup Library Files dialog box.
An image can now be loaded from the Setup Pixel image dialog box.

A Query menu and dialog boxes have been added.
Movements less that a pixel will now work properly.

Dialogs:
The File Open dialog box has been augmented to include a preview of the selected file. Also the file names list box area
can be expanded vertically. This feature may be accessed through the Setup Options.
A "Total Recall" function has been added. This will allow the user to open and preview and of the lost 50 files that have been opened or saved.
A View window has been added. This may be used to view one file while working on another.
