Dialogs:
A scale function has been added and can be accessed by invoking the Setup menu and selecting Status Bar.
Program:
A Zoom Previous function has been added.

Program:
An option to send the BOM directly to LPT1 has been added.
The BOM can now be translated from DOS style ASCII codes to Windows style ANSI codes.

Dialogs:
The GERBER in function will now prompt for missing apertures.
A bug in BOM affecting the last component in the list has been eliminated.

Program:
Pads that are rotated will now be processed properly be the Gerber out function.

Program:
CIRCAD'98 will no longer allow illegal pad overlap.
Filled Solids will now observe the Draw Modes.

Dialogs:
The Setup Layers dialog box has been improved to better handle the current selection.
Double clicking on a grid selection on the Setup Grid snap menu now works correctly.
