Program:
A progress bar has been installed in the X,Y position field on the status line.

Dialogs:
The Block Layers dialog box can now accept can now select multiple layers without using the <CTRL> key.
The Gerber Out dialog box can now accept can now select multiple layers without using the <CTRL> key.
The Block Layers dialog "All" button is now an alternate action all on or all off.
The Setup Library Files dialog box can now accept libraries in any order. "/p" libraries will be moved to the end of the list.

Program:
The Net Ratnest function no longer attaches ratlines to pins on the power and ground planes.
The Grab Component function now "rubber bands" all lines attached the component.
CIRCAD'98 sounds have been installed into the registry. To associate alternate sounds use the 
Sounds icon in the Control Panel.
Ratlines no longer appear on routed nets.

Program:
Gerber Out no longer requires the file to be zoomed to maximum extents prior to generating output files.
A new function for comparing two areas [hilighting the differences] has been added to the block menu. This will prove useful when comparing two revisions of a file that may otherwise seem identical.
The Netlist In function will now rotate replacement parts to match the original component.
A full suite of prompting and error messages has been added to the status line.
The Krump Component function has been made easier to use.
Dialogs:
A <current file> entry has been added to the library list in the Place Component dialog box.
A Re-Open sub-menu has been added to the File Menu.
The Plotter Out dialog box now has an option to print a negative image.
