The Arrow keys on the 10-key pad now work properly with grid snap settings greater than 0.5".
The Save As version 4.0 file now updates internal file type flags, thus eliminating the multiple Save As messages.
Edit Text Parameters function now sets the current active layer.
The Grab Arc function now sets the current active layer.
On all Grab functions, cursor "size" is now set to one half the grid snap setting.
Changing a text anchor point now moves the text as well, thus keeping the text in the same physical position.
Signal Name text can now be manipulated from the anchor point not just the body of the text.
The Place Text and Edit Text functions now process text on the file rather than in a dialog box.
Display:
Mirrored Signal Name text now displays properly.
